One tasteful highlight of this year's Maple Sugarbush Festival is the Maple Syrup Dinner at the Toronto and Region Conservation's (TRCA) Kortright Centre. For the dinner, guests will be participating in Earth Hour - an international event to raise awareness about global warming. Millions of peoples in the world's major cities will be uniting to switch off the lights from 8 pm - 9 pm on March 27th. Lamplight will be used to illuminate the evening's Maple Syrup Dinner at the Kortright Centre to help the Earth Hour cause.
Guests will feast on a Maple Syrup themed dinner specially created for the event that will sure to delight their taste buds. Non-alcoholic beverages are included, and a cash bar is available. After dinner guests will be participating in a hike and a bonfire.
